Tip 2: Scalp Exfoliation
After the hair is stripped clean it’s time to address the scalp as it is the bed from under which all nutrition comes. A blocked and unhealthy scalp means the hair gets none of the natural oils which can protect it from environmental and mechanical damage. An exfoliating brush works wonders to stimulate the scalp and encourage blood flow. It will release unhealthy residues and make way for the natural oils to flow. Make sure that you’re not too rough on the scalp and damage it. Gentle circular movements are all that is needed. There are exfoliating cleansers available in the market too and the using them is an alternative to the brush.
